Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Policy:

In case of bad weather and the ports are closed cause of this reason, we refund 100% of the pre payment when we don't find an alternative day.

In case of a reasonable point until a notice of 7 days in advance, we refund 50% of the pre payment when we don't find an alternative day.

30 days before the booking, we refund 100 % of the pre payment.
We don't refund the payment when we have to change the tour to an alternative (for example to Isla Pasion instead of El Cielo) route. This can happen as a cause of wind or when the south is beeing closed. Further we don't refund the money when our guests are not in the phyisical condition for snorkeling. Snorkeling is sport and all our guests have to know this in advance and it is on our guests choice to do a snorkel tour or not.
